GUELPH TRIO TO PERFORM IN WASHINGTON, DC

During the Annual Christmas Pageant of Peace

Guelph, Ontario: His Season, Award Winning Gospel Recording Artists, based out of Guelph, Ontario, announced today that they will be taking part in the "Christmas Pageant of Peace" this coming December. Known for their smooth harmonies, tight vocal blend, intricate arrangements, and dynamic solos, His Season is now taking their craft to the next level ... to Washington, DC!

The Lighting of the National Christmas Tree Ceremony begins the three-week Pageant of Peace held each Christmas season at the Presidents Park in Washington, DC. In addition to this ceremony, visitors enjoy nightly musical performances by individuals and groups that have included the likes of Ricky Skaggs, CeCe Winans, Kimberly Locke, Billy Gilman, Lonestar and others.

"Christmas is such a magical time of year", His Season member Laura Dugas mentioned, "The wonderful season, along with the extensive history of this pageant, we are very honoured to be taking part and representing Canada at this event."

For His Season singing on stage is nothing new to these three young Canadians. They have been traveling for over 3 years together as a group, singing at churches, hockey games, charity events and festivals. They are currently one of the most actively booked gospel-recording artists in Canada and their first album was nationally nominated for best traditional gospel album by the Shai Awards. They currently have over 150 concert venues on their books for 2006 and are looking to increase that number for 2007. Yet, for now they'll put their tour on hold and take a short Christmas trip to Washington, DC to take part in the USA's Historical 83rd Christmas Pageant of Peace and will be performing the last night of the event on Saturday, December 23, 2006 starting at 5:00 pm.

Hey Y'all

Thank you for all of your prayers! Over the past two weeks, we have seen forty one people pray the prayer of Salvation in our concerts and countless others re-dedicate their lives to the Lord. Hallelujah!!! This is what it's all about!

Also, as many of you know we have been touring in a small car for all of this time, and praying for God to bless us with a van large enough for us to fit all of our equipment and still have room to breathe :) ... and praise the Lord, He did!!

Last Monday we received a call from a couple who are getting ready for their retirement, and they informed us that they would rather see their savings used in the ministry and they donated the money we needed to buy the van that we had been praying for! So we are now touring in a GMC explorer conversion van...you couldn't peel me off the roof when I found out!!Make sure you come out and check it out the next time we are in your area!

Fans, friends and family...

His Season has taken the giant leap to serve the Lord in full time ministry. Now that we will be spending most of our time in the studio, in the office or on the road we have started a 'BLOG' to keep you posted of all our hapennings.

We'll try to keep you as up to date as possible so check back often to hear what the Lord is doing in the lives of the three of us.
